Canvas Tradeshow Program

Building a more dynamic experience so educators can educate.

Canvas is an open-source learning management system developed by Instructure. To keep up with the demands of their growing product, Canvas approached ITC to develop a new scalable tradeshow system that can inform their target audience about Canvas, keep up with the rapidly expanding needs of their passionate user base and reflect their brand personality.

Our approach was not to design a dynamic booth, but build a dynamic experience. Utilizing a modular system, we created spaces for high-level brand messaging, interactive demo stations and larger spaces for group presentations. The booth environment offered multiple touch points, where guests could drive the experience independently or interface with a Canvas rep for deeper knowledge.

The Canvas team was elated with the design and booth experience, indicating that this year’s engagement surpassed last year’s engagement and product demonstration benchmarks. The multiple touch points, coupled with a clean contemporary booth layout, allows for a more seamless, attendee-driven experience—and helps differentiate Canvas from the competition.
